Default WARNING about RKSport

http://www.rksport.com/main/part_det...mdid=1&catid=4

This spoiler is no longer made, however they replaced it with the RS stock spoiler. This would not be a problem except it uses the same part number as the one pictured. This pic does NOT represent what you will get. I ordered it and got the RS one and had to send it back. They have been aware of this problem with the image for over a month and have done nothing. BEWARE. Also, terrible customer service, extremely rude.

Thanks for the warning. I was debating whether to get an Rk Sport grille or Wings West and I don't need to do business with anyone who doesn't appreciate it.

I've delt with Rksport in the past and always have gotten good customer service and great products. Their work is top notch. Did you get your money back and did they pay for you to ship it back?

I would have to completely disagree on top notch. I ordered the 3 piece performance spoiler (pic in sig) last april. It looked like a 3 year old sanded it down before shipping. It took the body shop an extra day of work to get it smoothed down. Then a month or so later the top edge started to spilt apart. Not crack, but actually separate from itself. RK sport would only replace it, would not cover the paintwork because they said i waited too long and there was no proof. That is BS. I sent them 6mp images showing extreme detail of the flaw. They were not willing to speak to the shop either. They said i colud have cracked it. Anyone with half a brain could have seen it was no crack, it looked like erosion. I decided to get my old spoiler (the link above), and they shipped me the RS one. From the time I called them, to the time i got the big one replaced was 3 months. Terrible service. They strongarmed me into accepting this spoiler and threatened that if I didn't they would void my warranty entirely. Oh, and yes I had to pay for shipping.

RKSport is the absolutly worste place in the world to deal with. I don't think anyone would believe me if I told my horror stories about that place.

RKSport sucks hairy ***** and dirty sweaty ***. I contacted them just to ask some questions about a spoiler I was seriously thinking about buying; very rude and just ******* ******** from the moment the conversation started. 30 seconds into the telephone call I knew that no matter how good the product might have been, I wasn't giving these dicks one ******* cent.
