I would assume so, mine did (well before the prev owner lost one!)...suppose a $1 sponge would do the same thing too?

Maybe a sandwich bag filled with foam-o-fil would mold it into place.

Are they specific to convertibles? I pulled a pair from a 2000 Z28 and they look the same.

If so, I have a pair and will sell it for say $5 plus shipping?

Do the coupe rear shocks mount the same way? IF so, I will take them....pm me your info, if you take paypal I will add $5 and you can throw them in a usps priority mail box, sound ok?
