Top notch crew working there. They had my transmission ready to move out in only a few days. My transmission needed quite a few hard parts to get put back together, and they had everything in stock and ready. Amber really went above and beyond working with me. There were some issues with the shipping company, and she was able to get my package expedited and to my door the next day! She is even overnighting me some bell housing bolts for no charge. I do not even know if I shipped mine out to them, or if they packed them back with my transmission (I haven’t been able to check). I just asked her if she packed my bolts with the transmission, because I thought I might have accidentally sent them with the transmission. She just went ahead and is overnighting me some bolts, regardless. It is hard to find this level of service anywhere. I am extremely happy with the service that I received, and the professionalism that everyone has over there in Houston. I also got a SWEET discount.
