FS: 1984 Chevy K5 4x4 Blazer
SOLD!!!!
Up for sale is my 1984 K5 Blazer 4x4. I bought this truck from my aunt who was the original owner. Back before they let it sit on the farm (where I found it) it was well maintained. The tranny has been rebuilt & the motor is a GM Goodwrech crate motor they had put in & has about 40k miles on it from what she told me. I'm not sure if they went back in with a crate 305 or upgraded to a 350 but I think there may be some numbers on the GM stickers that are on the motor that may identify it. I wasn't too concerned because I wanted to do a LSx swap in it.
The truck if I recall has about 140k miles, is probably a 305, automatic trans, 4x4, has power windows & locks but the motors don't work hardly at all. The rear window also has issues but I was going to remove the top & Rhino line the whole interior so I didn't care. I tuned the truck up with new battery, plugs, wires, cap, & rotor, fresh oil & fuel filter. The carb needs to be rebuilt because it sat up on our farm for a while & is probably gummed up from evaporated fuel. The truck has great oil pressure & the tranny shifts fine. The 4x4 engages & works great as well as I have took it to a few places around the house & played in it back when they were doing some construction putting El Dorado all the way thru & climbed on some big dirt hills they had.
The truck is sitting on 15x10 steel wheels with Pro Comp 33x12.5 Mud Terrains that have about 80% tread on them.
The fenders have been trimmed since the photo to allow for the tires to turn freely. This was going to be a mostly off road vehicle that was street legal so I wasn't trying to keep it pretty, I wanted something I wasn't afraid to go thru stuff with.
I hate to sell it but I really want a house.
I'm asking $1000 for it. It has a clear title, I just have to dig it up from my boxes of papers, lol.
