Thumbs up Incon twin turbo kit, turbo parts, stock parts for sale

I am getting out of the turbo world and selling all my turbo related parts. The reason is my wife has decided to go back to school, and I will be taking a new job soon with less pay. So, I am cutting back on my car hobby some. All prices are negotiable.

Incon twin turbo kit
I bought the Incon kit from Cablebandit on this board. He ran 9s with it on his full weight car and made 800/800 at the wheels on a built 346. For those not familiar with the Incon kit it is a twin turbo setup that allows you to keep all of your accessories, including AC. The turbos are liquid cooled, ball bearing Garrett brand. The exhaust manifolds are cast iron, and the kit has 2 air to air intercoolers. You do not need to purchase an aftermarket k-member for this kit.

The turbos have been upgraded to GT-3076 turbos, which are the biggest ones you can use with the kit. The turbos were brand new when I installed the kit, I had to have them replaced due to bad turbine blades. The turbos currently have 1000 miles on them. I also added a BOV to the kit and added an adapter to run in speed density. I had the hot parts coated. A Weldon 9200 electric oil pump is included in this kit.

I am also including the alky injection with the kit. It has M-10 and M-15 nozzles and an SMC control box. It has has the holes already drilled on the transistion piece to accept the alky kit.

The bad points about the kit are that some of the hoses look a little beat up, but they all work fine and don’t leak at all. The ceramic coating I had done on the hot parts is not the greatest, but you could have them recoated or most people just use them as is. The butt pipe has a couple small spots where the chrome is peeling off, and the y pipe has some scrapes on it from high spots on the driveway. All of these are basically cosmetic, nobody can see the parts once it is installed.

The buyer gets:
-Incon turbo kit with upgraded 3076 turbos
-stock 5 psi wastegates and 14 psi wastegates
-Incon fuel pressure regulator (I recommend a good FI fuel system)
-SMC alky kit with spare windshield washer tank to use for alcohol
-Weldon 9200 scavenge pump
-stainless y-pipe (no cats)
-stock intercoolers
-needed power steering lines, intake hoses, mounting brackets, etc.

The buyer will have to buy his own vacuum lines, a couple hose clamps, some zip ties and that should be about all.

I installed this kit on my car last fall and put 1000 miles on it. It was a fun setup, and could be made very drivable and stealthy if wanted. I took on a couple 120 mile trips to the autocross and it had no trouble.

Below are some pics. I have more photos to put up later, and also a copy of the install instructions for the buyer.

I am asking $4600 for the kit.

BONUS: for a limited time if you buy the Incon kit I will throw my dog in for free, and he is appropriately named Turbo.

Custom ground turbo cam
I ran this cam with the Incon turbo kit. It has 1000 miles on it. PatrickG specced this cam for me to match the Incon kit. It is a 222/222 .585/.585 lift cam on a 114 LSA. It has nice idle lope and a broad powerband. Includes the cam card from Thunder Racing.

$290

ATP boost activated cutouts
I have a pair of ATP cutouts that are activated by boost pressure. The open up at ~5psi and close when you let off the gas. They were used with the Incon kit, but I took them out in order to use my QTP cutout that I already had.

$225 SOLD

Stock LS1 head bolts (new)
Just as it says, I have a new complete set of stock LS1 head bolts. Still in the wrapping.

$60

Motron 60 lb injectors
Set of Motron 60 lb injectors. Used these with the Incon kit, no issues with them at all. About 6k miles on them.

$325 SOLD

Stock 6.0 heads
I have a pair of stock 317 casting heads that I used with the turbo kit. They come with stock Z06 yellow valve springs. I put new valve seals and lapped the valves, so the heads are ready to go. I used them for 1000 miles.

$325 SOLD

2 bar MAP sensor
MAP sensor for 2 bar SD turbo setups. Part number 12580698. Stock sensor for a supercharged Cobalt.

$35 SOLD

Stock Z06 cam
2003 stock Z06 cam. ~10k miles on it, great condition. .555/.551 - 204/218 - 117.5

$130 SOLD

XS 50mm BOV
This is the generic version of the Tial 50mm BOV. I ran this on my car with no problems at all. This one is brand new and comes with a steel and aluminum flange.

$75

ARP LS1 head bolt kit 97-03
I have an ARP LS1 hex head bolt kit. Only 5k miles on the bolts, no problems with it. I took them out of my car when I went to the twin turbo setup.

$100 SOLD

Comp Cams 850 lifters
I have a set of Comp Cams 850 lifters. Used for 5k miles, no problems at all with them.

$75

LS2 cam
Stock LS2 camshaft from 2005 vette. Specs are 204/211 .525/.525

$35

Stock Vette harmonic balancer
I have a new stock GM harmonic balancer for an 97-04 vette.
$65

I will be adding some more parts in a couple days. Feel free to ask questions or PM me if interested in any of the items. And I am kidding about getting a dog for free. We are keeping the dog.

Hello everyone. My name is Randy and I am a good friend of Petes. Pete is extremely meticulous about his car work and is very trustworthy guy. I helped him with the install of this kit last year and if something was not in perfect shape he bought new and made sure it was perfect. I can personally vouch for the incredible performance of this setup and will be sad to see it go. Anyone who has thought about forced induction really needs to look at this kit. It truly is a value for anyone seeking more performance.

Saulty, I ran 7.425 pushrods with the Z06 cam, but some of that depends on what head gaskets you choose to run.

Monello, I will get back to you the BOV when I get home and look at it.

I'd love to snag the kit up just for the upgraded turbos. can't swing that much right now though. Maybe later on if it's still for sale.
