It is a Trailblazer converter beefed up and tweaked by Circle-D...
I LOVE IT! It is a GREAT CONVERTER!!!
My cam is a 230/232 on a 112 + 2 and the converter stalls at 3200 and is nice and tight on the street. Couldn't ask for more...
Customer service was AMAZING!!! PM's replied to usually within 20 minutes, converter shipped same day as payment, again, couldn't ask for more!
Oh wait, the price was $350 SHIPPED FOR LS1TECH MEMBERS!!! Did I mention, couldn't ask for more
?!?!?
Thanks again Chris!!!

Wow, sounds like you got a great deal!!!
Thanks for the feedback, much appreciated.
The TB converter is a very nice converter that is over looked, performance and price is hard to beat.

Let me restate the fact that Circle D is GREAT. My dealings with them were top notch and this converter he built for me is aces! Highly recommend them for anybody in the market.

Man, I really love this converter... People on here must come from a different planet because when people ask for a "good daily driver" converter they always say 3600+ Yank, Vigilante, Fuddle, etc...
Their definition of DD and mine must be pretty friggin' different because it was annoying as hell driving around a car that sees 15K miles a year with a stall like that.
This one on the other hand TRULY IS a perfect DD... It feels as tight as stock... Flashes to 3200 perfectly every time and handles my 230/232 112+2 cam with no problems!
I HIGHLY recommend

!!! So, let me get this straight. This is a stock converter taken out of a Trailblazer SS, the internals are tweaked by Circle-D to a 3200 stall speed, then it's repackaged in the stock TBSS shell and it fits into your Camaro's 4L60E trans? Is that how it works? And it's only $350?

^^Yup. When I priced completely stock TBSS converters they were $300. Circle D's are tig-welded, raybestos added, restalled and slightly tighter and only $50 more with a year warranty...
Oh, $350 SHIPPED so it is almost the exact same price the stock TBSS converter would have cost me...

!!!What gears are you running? How do you think this converter would act with 2.73's?

The converter is a 278MM - 11", FYI - the stock LS1 converter is 300MM-12".
It weighs about 3-4LBS lighter than Stock.
I use a Raybestos Spun Wound Lining - Strongest in the industry!
The STR is rated about 2.3
