It was made for a 10 or 12 bolt.

Is it close enough that I can "clearance" the tunnel? the nose of the car is lowered, but the rear is on stock springs, and 28" tires

It might, I'm not really sure. It looked like if I raised the car it might have worked. But ya never know until ya try it.

I hope you have been hard at work on your car! I have. My wolf 6point will be in soon and my motor work is just getting under way. I hope to have it done by mid march.

I'm hoping for low 10's on the juice.

I have an eibach prokit on my car, I know with some chassis mount tq arms the mount sits way low.

It doesn't look bad from the pics you posted. Do you have any other pics? Also, is it adjustable?

Frosty yes it is adjustable. The only other pics I have are a side shot and the rearend brkt.
It will work fine on a 10 or 12 bolt.
