All right, I found the hooker aerochamber catback from speed inc. for $340 http://www.ls1speed.com/catagory.cfm?catagory=Exhaust
I basicly only trust them to work on my car and they are a half hour from me.
Will this bolt up to the catted Y I have? I beleive it's slp 'cause the headers, cats and exhaust are from slp, seeming like the previous owner was biased towards them.

I don't doubt that borlamouth is the most free flowing, I was just worried about shutting up the godzilla that lives under my car. If it's good enough for Craig's 427, then I'll leave the lm on my 346 and just swap out mufflers. It's definitely not as drastic as switching out catbacks, but as you can see from the previous posts: i'm still in between decisions.
Thanks for the input guys.

We have the Borla XR1s for $110 + shipping.
Out of the three choices, I would go for the Borla. It is DEEP sounding. It's loud, but its not horrible. The dynomax bullet would be quite a bit a louder than the Borla. The Hooker sounds good too, but not as good as the Borla. With cats, the Hooker is also on the quiet side.

Plus its an easy swap!

Peace,
Craig.
the XR-1 on your Loudmouth system will sound good, especially if you are going to run cats. I don't have cats and My car sounds good(232/236 cam). Don't get me wrong-my car is loud ,but it doesn't have the rasp. Mine is quiet when just cruising, but loud when I get on it. I like it.

Thanks for chiming in, Tim. I'm sold on the Borlamouth. Tim you have a PM. Thanks for helping me make up my mind guys. Uncertainty is a terrible burden to bear.
