They should, I ran them with the 224/228 cam. Only things you would need would be gaskets, coolant, and a tune.

what comes with the master install kit for the 3.73's

I want the 3.73's, can you go any lower??
I have the factory 10 bolt with 2.73's

It had all the bearings, new pinion seal, cover gasket, and shims. I can't come down very much. I paid over $400 for these a few months ago, so I'm already losing quite abit.
