I am sure you will be happy with it. The Raptor is a top notch standalone shift light.

As for what RPM to set it to -- you would want to set it to light up just before your rev limiter kicks in. I have mine set to 6000RPM just because the revs come up so fast in 1st through 3rd, even with my rev limiter set to only 6500.

I'll take some pics of the various color combinations (especially silver) so you guys can get an idea what they look like. The overwhelming majority that we sell comes in a black case, but we decided to get a few of the silver variety as they look incredibly nice, particularly with blue LEDs

Just to let everyone know about my experience with MPH. I'm deployed right now and the only way I can get ahold of them is through PM and email. Tony was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions and comments. The customer service is top notch in my book. I ordered my shiftlight and a 160* stat saturday night. I got notified by USPS that my shiftlight was delivered first thing this morning (@ 0800). Tony shot me an email saying that they had one t-stat in stock but the box was torn a little and he didn't want to send me a jacked up box. So instead he drop shipped one from Hypertech and it will be arriving on Monday.
Most companies would have just sent a mangled box (I have got parts before like this from sponsors) but Tony and MPH went the extra mile. Guys many thanks and keep up the great work; I'll be in touch this fall.
