***Pics added****I have a 1080i Up-conversion DVD player. It's the Panasonic DVD-S97. It comes with an optical cable and HDMI cable.

It's a year old and is in GREAT condition, works like a charm, up-converts regular DVD to 1080i for those with HDTVs. It still has the original box and packaging. $200 shipped.
