Default Spec 3+ with Spec Alum. Flywheel

Clutch came out of an 02 Z06. Clutch and flywheel have 1000 miles on it. There was a small shake in low RPMs. Called spec and they said it was a balance issue. It was pulled and replaced anyway. Removed the clutch and it looks fine. I would have the flywheel balanced again and surfaced just to be safe.

Clutch has LESS than 1000 miles!

$500 SHIPPED! I can have it surfaced prior to shipping for an extra $75.

Pics will come later this week.

*EDIT* Clutch and flywheel were taken to a local machine shop yesterday. He said it did not need balanced, and that it was fine. He also said everything looks good and he would have no problem running the clutch in his own personal car the way is sits. I'm pretty sure the shake, chatter, wobble, whatever you want to call it...was caused by a bad pilot bearing.*EDIT*

SOLD

So the clutch you are selling is the one that shakes or that is the one you replaced?

Yes, it will work with a Vette or F-body t-56. LS1 car of course.

Yes, this is the clutch that HAD the shake. Spec said they think it was a poorley balanced fywheel. I think it was a bad pilot bearing that caused the vibration. I would recommend balancing the flywheel just to be safe.

When you said shakes, do you mean chatter while engauging or the engine shook while it was sitting there idling? was it worse when you reved it up?
Thank,s

No shake at idle. just when you let the clutch out. I actually took the flywheel and clutch to a local machine shop yesterday to have it balanced, and he said it was fine. The did not have to do anything to it. He looked the whole setup over and said he would run it the way it is. I'm betting the worn out pilot bearing in the Vette was causing the problem. I have pics, I just need to post them.

Pictures added in post #1. Just something to think about...at $500 shipped, you are getting a $700+ clutch and flywheel for about $400 plus shipping. Its going to cost me a pretty penny to ship this sucker. Its heavy.
