"09' LY6 6.0 engine 2500 miles 2,500$" would that be a aluminum block? im not really needing it- still learning these engines if it is, seems like a hell of a place to start a buildup- good heads, block crank ect good power - like a ls2 with better heads bump up for ya good luck

 

I thinks that's a steel motor from the truck 2500 they are stronger and that is a good deal.

 

they are a 6.0 iron engine with 4.00 bore 3.622 stroke, but with l92 heads
6.2 is aluminum block and found on hi end suv's denali, escalade, etc.
tis motor is found in fleet vehicles and hd 2500 gas trucks
uses 58x reluctor

correct. iron block, its pretty much brand new motor.
2500 miles on it.
