Yes it will. But i bought a TCI sfi flexplate so I could mount all 6 holes. Speed Inc sells a flexplate now for about 1/2 the price, which is sfi approved.

This converter would work great with your NOS application.

My 3-4 clutch pack keeps going out. Just got fixed again. My tranny guy keeps trying different things to make it last. On that pass I had to get on/off the gas and finally it shifted from 2nd to 3rd.

Has it been cut and cleaned? No, didn't see it necessary with only 3000 miles. And I really don't know what it flashes to. Never knew how to check that to be honest with you.

If interested, you can PM me. I have interest, but no one has come through yet.

I can also vouch for whiplash. done alot of work for Dennis' car, and its always taken good care of.. and dont be worried, not like broken parts inside the trans. just starting to slip at WOT 3-4 clutch's. Ive swapped the trans for him in the past and the fluid is still brand new looking when that happened the first time.

this conv. drives extremely nice on teh street, and highway. not some loose pos. its worth every penny.
