For an LS6 intake that cheap I would request pics of the bottom of it to be sure its an LS6 and not an LS1....happend to me before.

I bought the radar.....seller said in PM's "oh yes it's a Blue display"...low and behold, it's a Red display. He hasn't logged in since 12/12 so who knows what happened to him. Last day he logged on was the day he got my money order. Oh well...there are always people like this. I was able to flip the Red one and got the Blue one for the same amount. Buyer beware if he ever comes back..........

 

I waited as long as I could but since another buyer had problems too it's time to go public. The intake that I received was a stock LS1 intake. Said he'd refund my money weeks ago but no response since. I'm surprised since he sent the intake b4 he got paid. Anyone know him personally?

 

I still have all his info...name, address, etc. not sure if I can post it, etc...

 

Dun dun dun... Sorry everyone for what has happened. I got burned about 2 weeks ago from someone different, on a different site. I have a similar computer just sitting around with a 24" montior if anyone was interested and never got the chance. Just PM me. Also, If he is located in GA I can see if its close enough to swing by and say something or see whats up.. Good luck getting this fixed and if I can be of any help... Let me know! Sorry for your losses... wish there were most honest people in the world these days!

He's not coming back...not in a million years. Seen this happen many times over. Hasn't logged in since 12/12...doubt he went on vacation, etc. He's prob. on the site now just under a different screen name. He will not surface again under this name.

 

Quick question to the guy who bought the Radar detector, whats the diff between the red and blue display models? Price, performance, newness, etc. Thanks in advance

 

Absolutely nothing...one displays in blue, the other red. The reason I wanted Blue is because my car, interior, etc. is blue...hence why I wanted to match. The Blue display is also more expensive for some reason than the red.

Yup that's the addy I have for him. At least I was able to sell the Red one for the same price so I didn't lose out. Hope you can somehow recoup your losses, etc.
