Looking to sell my Texas Speed 418 Shortblock, Its located in Nicholasville KY so if you are anywhere within driving distance of me you can save yourself the$430 I paid on shipping. I am asking $3500 for the shortblock which is $675 less than they sell for at TSP. I will even include the engine stand its on. Engine is Brand New, never installed in the car and has a 24x reluctor wheel on the crank so its a direct bolt in for the LS1 F-Bodys.

is this engine set up for a blower, or nos, or strictly motor?

 

I was going to run it N/A and add the bottle later.

These are the pistons in it, I believe they would handle a decent shot of Nitrous but they are Flat Top style Pistins and not dished so I would say you would be limited on the amount of Boost you could run depending on which heads you ran.

Just been a bad year financially for me.

 

I will also include the front cover with sensor, rear cover and valley cover with Lifter Trays, cam retainer plate, and Katech Knock sensor and cam sensor adpater harness for $3800 as a package deal.

It would be nice for it to sell right away but with the Holidays around the corner and the Economy the way it is I'm banking on it taking a few months.
