I have for sale a set of Diamond 4.030 pistons #DP11512 Flat top/4.030" BORE / 3.622" Stroke / 6.125" Rods -2cc valve releifs.

Long story short a buddy of mine bought a new short block it it showed up and had a ring pinched and put a big scratch in the cylinder wall and damged the one piston. The seller disappeared and never got any money back. He ended up selling the car and I got the short block from him.

The psitons are no good to me since the block needs to be bored over. 7 pistion are in perfect shape. They were installed in the block but never run. The 8th piston that had the ring fold over has a scratch/mark on the side and it pinched the ring land(see pics). May be repairable or could just be replaced. includes pins. Looking to get $350 shipped OBO

 

man its really tough to tell in thta pic, is that a scratch or is it cracked there?

 

its not a crack it is the mark from where the ring was folded over. but that scratch has the ring pinched. Like I said it may be repairable if not 1 new shelf piston isn't that expensive. And it is OBO
