Thanks man. The guy never called me back last night so not real sure how strong this pending sell is. He may just be busy. Basically said he'd take it but not sure if he will make it Mon or Tues. I will update as soon as I find something out. So if you are interested don't give up yet, let me know, but as of now I'm giving him the rest of the day today to let me know for certain on his end. I just have to get this thing gone pretty soon to pay a debt that is due the day after Xmas, go figure huh.
