They do NOT have valve springs/retainers/keepers on them.
Add your own springs and have a cheap set of heads. I ran these with a TSP 228R on an otherwise stock engine for a short period of time. Kept the heads when I sold the car and put an MS4 in my new car along with the springs from these heads. These heads wouldn't fit my new car due to P2V clearance with the bigger MS4. They've been collecting dust in my garage. The valves are plastic wire-tied in place so they didn't get mixed up.
