I know this is dumb but i cant remember. I thought the Tahoe engines were aluminum but the LM7 is iron right? Can i get pics of the crank pulley, and water pump? I may also need you to take mesurements for them.

Oh im interested in the lifters as well. Do you have the alternater as well? Or do you know if the truck and fbody serpentine belts are the same # of ribs? These parts would be going on a custom ls4 and i think i would have to have to have a truck alternator to work with the truck crank pulley correct?

 

The crank pulley should be the same on mostly all LSx engines but sure they arent all balanced the same. No alternator.

 

Well all LSx engines are internally balances so the flywheels and balancers are neutral balanced. The balancer is just a dampener for the crank harmonics really. Do you have a pic of the truck water pump? Does it have a tensioner on it like the ls1 water pumps?

 

pics of the heads? and are they the aluminum heads similar to the castings tsp uses on their prc 5.3 heads? thanks

 

Theres a tensioner on it, you can google a pic of it to get a better idea.

 

heads are aluminum and yes they are the ones that flow just like LS1 heads but have the 1.89 intake valves and smaller combustion chambers.
