install will probaly take 5 minutes, and 2 minutes will be getting out a drill
pull off factory grill, as simple as grabbing and yanking. Next drill 4 holes, then use same drill to attach supplied screws.
It is a very clean, simple install. This is a nice piece, you won't regret it.
