hmmm, I have a extra set of charcoal leather door panels that I was going to keep for my car just incase mine cracked. I'll get some pics tomorrow if interested.

these are ls1 door panels that I have. I had them to do a interior color change but decided it would look stupid to leave the dash alone. so I kept them just as a spare. I also have a gray leather set that is on my car now, dont know what year those are, thought they were ls1 but i have no clue. Lt1 birds have leather door panels ?

True, I've got two sets of panels, neither of which have cracked at all. Even my original dash pad has yet to crack.

Yep.. as long as the car came with leather seats, then then it also got a leather shift ****, steering wheel, and door panels.

I just plastic welded it per the guide in that huge door crack thread. Painting the plastic will be attempted tomorrow.

my car had the dash crack in the hot AZ sun and nether of my door panels have any cracks in them. after i replaced the dash pad with a used one i started always putting sun shades in the car. it got damn hot in the car out there in the summer.

and the inserts for the door panels are based on whether or not the car has leather seats, just like blindxeyed said

There's a ton of LS1 door panels of every flavor on eBay - there's actually an eBay store that is located in Scottdale, PA that has a ton of parts listed in their store right now and the prices are right.

Think the store name is 'LS1-LS2-Online' or such...
