It appears I was wrong, these are 243 heads which I believe are ls6/ls2, and on some trucks as well. I do not have the heads in front of me, my buddy that works at a large gm dealership as one of their top mechanics removed them. Let me know if you have any questions further. I will do my best to get over to his house to get pictures.

The number on them was 1256 4243 according to him. Thanks

Edit: Oddly enough they only seem to be listed as a corvette head. I'm verifying their originin so check back for details.
