I'm gauging intrest in my 2001 TA. Blew the motor last thursday not sure of exact damage(leaning toward spun bearing based on what it sounded like) black leather, red exterior
Stage II heads, TR 224 Cam
TR 7.35" pushrods (heads are milled 0.030 over, different compression)
Ls6 oil pump, double roller timing chain
Hooker Long tubes, O/R Y pipe, Magnaflow muffler, Cutout (loud or quiet...)
Chrome z06 wheels
Pioneer 7 series CD player, mp3 player
Eibach sportlines
TNT F2 N2O kit, bottle heater, custom purge out nostrils, etc.
12K on LS6 clutch LS2 flywheel. New axles.
Pillar gauge pod with stoich meter, EGT gauge, other things I'm sure i have forgot. I could rebuild the motor at this point however if I can get $6000 as it sits she is sold. The car is located in Garner right outside Raleigh. I'll have to take some pics next time i go over to the shop, i'll get them up as soon as I have them. Thanks

 

Whats the milage on it, 6 speed? How did the motor blow?

 

miles i think are 104k, 6 speed(note the LS6 clutch and flywheel) I believe a bearing spun, had a rough idle thought it was due to being almost empty fueled up took it home garaged it, cranked up went two miles and then snap. now just a grinding sound when attempted to start. I am having the motor pulled to evaluate the damage.
