But sales like this are up to the seller. Some like to get a list going - 1st one who states they want it gets X days to pay, then on to number 2, etc. Some sellers take a "first come first served" stance. That's their prerogative, and they are well within their rights to sell items as they see fit. Rel3rd decided to go with the latter.
Sometimes hot items come down to a matter of minutes. I knew Sam's springs are in demand (Hell, I actually bought a set of BMR springs that are installed but never driven on because of the wait time on Sam's), so I figured I should cut to the chase. Had he posted his paypal info in the thread, he would have likely gotten payment this time yesterday. I didn't want to wait, because autocross season is starting up soon, and I'd like to have these on in time for the first event.
nytmare - Thanks for your service to our country! Had you read all the posts from the seller, you would have seen there was no "list" - What's your beef with me?

I understand your frustration - I can't tell you how many times I've been that guy awaiting info, and lost out on the sale, and I've also been in the seller's shoes. I would never knowingly scoop something out from underneath someone else if there was an agreed upon commitment already in place, either.

Or if fastmatt is a buddy of yours. I suppose you were just sticking up for him, as he felt wronged at that point?
