What did these heads *** off of Liter wise? I have a 6.0 with the factory 243 heads. Was told to put the 5.3 heads on mine due to compression purposes. These wouldn't be the 5.3 heads are they?

 

Ummmm the pictures dont have the PAC 1218 but a set of duals. So which ones does it come with?

 

These are the springs that came with my FTI cam package. I just copied the description from the FTI website. After looking at the email from when I ordered my cam, here's the description of the springs:

*AND* it looks like the retainers are titanium and not chromemoly.
