here is the info i have on it it came on a car that i bought im not shure if this is the new or old has 4 settings and 4 control switches 1 say's Maf and Spark and say's WOT.

MAF Translator unit allows you to richen or lean out your car's fuel mixture up to 14%. It plugs in between your mass air flow sensor and the car's PCM and adjusts the rate of fuel delivery and amount of spark advance to allow you to richen or lean the air-fuel mixture to your specific needs.

 

I think it is just the MAF Translator not Timing Tuner
