WTB a Spare tire and Jack hold down for 98-02 F Body

I cant remember all what I need ,Hooked Bolt,Wing Nut and washer to hold the spare tire and jack in a 99 Trans Am.Pics appreciated...I bought a 99 Trans am for wife and No spare tire holder in it
