I had this made back around December last year by EmblemPros. It's a damn nice switch plate & I have a good stock TCS switch epoxied in place now(not shown in this pic). All that would be required for it to work would be the wiring to your kit & a minor amount of trimming on the console for the switches. It will come with all buttons installed on it along with a stock TCS switch.

I paid around $70 shipped for it since it was a one off plate & I'll let it go for $50 shipped.
