Default The 454lsx camaro your mom warned you about. Keyed, salvage. 13k FIRM

CAR IS SOLD! Thanks everyone for your intrest!!

::EDIT:: any serious buyers feel free to call me any time at 650 430 4404. Jeremy.

So here's the story. My car got brutally key'd and my insurance wants to total it. They're only going to give me book because I never told them about a single mod on the car. My bad.

Anyway... I'm going to take the book amount and do one of two things:

1: sell my car as is whole with the salvage title and use the money from that and the insurance pay out to build something else.

2: part the car out myself and use that cash plus the insurance money to build something else.

I don't WANT to do this, but I really have no choice. I was hoping they could just repaint it and I'd have a car this summer. Now my car will be down for the second summer in a row seeing as last summer it was down for the current build. This is going to be a spectacular deal for someone who either paints or has a hook up in the industry that doesnt mind a salvage title, or for someone who just wants to part the car out for whatever reason. Parting the car out will get you way more then 13k, but I'm looking for this to be quick and dirty to get going on something esle.

The motor alone I paid quite a bit more then what I'm selling the entire car for. I'm sure you guys have seen some recent vids of the car doing some spirited driving. Yes the car has had 1500 hard miles, but thats what it was built for, and in the end, its still only 1500 miles on a 15k motor. Chasis has.. 98,550.

Ok, so here goes.

LME built LSx 454. This motor only has 1500 miles on it. And through a 9" with 3:90s and a six speed it did 590 / 565. Thats more then a few blower cars for sale in this section The torque line is flat as hell as it makes 500rwtq by 3500rpm.

-GM LSx block
-Callies compstar 4.125 crank
-Callies 6.125 H beams
- 4.187 wiesco custom forged nitrous pistons Childs and alberts .043 .043 3mm rings (for 300 shot)
-Camotion cam 257 / 266 .646 .630 112+4
-Ported melling pump
-Roll Master double roller chain
-Trick Flow 245 heads (67cc I believe)
- Vengeance ported fast 90/90
- Kooks 1/78 LTs (driver side primary is banged up from hitting something..)
- TSP true duals

T-56 built by Nick at newtech performance. Good for 1000hp. Has every possible thing you can have but the viper input shaft, which is bullshit anyway. Attatched to it is a brand spanking new Tex twin exo skell, with not more then 1000 miles on it. Stock shifter with lous short stick (best setup IMO) Mcleod master with speed bleeder and 02 slave.

Moser 9in with 31 spline axles true track 3:90 gears hooked up to the trans by a PST 3.5 inch aluminum driveshaft. Strange drag brakes in the back with the full floating rotor design.

Sitting on Weld draglites 15x10 rears with 27x11.5 QTPs and 15x3 fronts with MT sportmans.

Racetronics 255in take with hotwire kit.

Full BMR suspension, LCA's, Kmember, PHA, Torque arm. and QA1's all the way around single adjustable on stock springs.

The interior is in great shape except for the ripped driver seat. The rear seats and seat belts are gone and sold, so don't ask for them.

I have a kenwood indash that I put in seriously last week.... 7" screen, full touch WITH navigation. KVT 512 is the model, bad *** stereo. I dont have any pics of the keying right now cause the car is still at the estimate shop. I can take some tomorrow or the following day.

You can go to myspace.com/jurmzz for some pics of the car / build with the lsx 454 and when it -HAD- the th400 setup in it. It's under the pics section, album "the start of something beautiful" I'm gonna leave this add up a week before I start tearing the car apart and posting the parts in the for sale section. Hopefully someone hops on this deal.

Sorry to hear about that. Do you have any pictures of how it sits now? How bad does somebody have to key a car to total it?

If there is no gouges in the paint you should be able to have someone repaint the whole car for around $2,000. My front end needs body work (hit the wall at the track) and I am getting my whole car repainted for $2,200. You can't get rid of something you have that much time and money into. Stop thinking with your dipstick!

Why did you claim it ? You could have just painted it and not loose so much on it.

christ, looks like that thing wants to come off the ground in every gear... This car is worth well over 13k even if it is keyed, i would probably still drive it like that. lol. Would you trade for my 76mm camaro?

just buy the car back and drive it till you have enough money to get it painted. Otherwise you are going to lose you **** with a salvaged title.
