5.3 862 cylinder heads I have 3 pairs of 862 truck heads (4.8/5.3), they are complete minus the rockers and in good shape, although as with any used head I'd have em checked out before I used them. Mileage is 31K, 45K and 83K. looking to get $50.00/Pr + shipping.
