New Clutch Advice Please!
I intend on purchasing a new clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder, etc; whatever I need to do a full clutch replacement.
I need input from anyone willing to give it. What do you suggest? Where can I get it? And how much? Thanks.
I'm not looking for anything intense, but I also have been told to steer away from stock replacements... So...
Someone suggested and LS7 clutch package and an LS2 flywheel to connect the two? Sound right?
Anyone else?
Much appreciated!

It looks like you are making some pretty good torque, according to your signature. That being said, what kind of use does the car see? Is it postly street driven? Is it tracked regularly? Let me know and I will be happy to assist you further. Of course, I might be a bit biased but I am sure that we can supply you with exactly what you need. Thanks,

Sorry to upset any other LS1 fans, but I don't really plan on taking it to the track hardly ever, and haven't yet... This is mainly a summer DD that I'm trying to maintain. I mean... I guess it'd be nice to be able to build more horsepower onto what I have, but I definitely don't have any cash to play with right now, so I'm pretty much going for something better than stock, but I don't need anything insane (beyond 600torque?). I don't even use the nitrous, but I never back down from naturally-aspirated.....ly? steaming some rice or raping a stang

Make sure you include why your biased

thxYour levels (HP/TQ) dictate a a Level 2 or 3 from Monster. The Level 2 is good for 525 HP/TQ, and the level 3 is good for 700 HP/TQ, those numbers are at the tires. Those are the most popular Levels going, and we have a ton of em out there.
You can check out pricing on my link in my sig, as Monster has a sale going on right now until teh end of August.
Though your power level would be admissable with a stage 2 I personally like our stage 2+. It is very drivable and provides great torque capacity and thus seems to meet your needs nicely. We also offer both steel and aluminum flywheels and with your planned usage a steel flywheel would be great! I have provided a link to our website relative to these parts. take a look and let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,
