Default Lug Nut Caps

Someone out there boosted two lug nut caps off one of my tires the other week.

I tried sourcing a replacement from a supplier, but the ones they sent are not a match for the ones on the vehicle.

The ones on the vehicle (2000 Pontiac T/A w/16" alloy rims) have a smooth flat black top, while it seems all the aftermarket replacements have an indented top to make them look more like a lug nut. A quick search on google/bing has not helped. My local dealer has nothing in inventory and offered to special order some in for $8 a pop. That is simply annoying since I get all the regular maintenance down there and these should not run more than $3-4.

Does anyone have suggestions on this one or do I go get robbed?

A lot of us have tossed the factory lug nuts & plastic covers in favor of chrome lugnuts.

Here's the deal, in 2000 the changed the covers design for some reason. My car had MOST of the caps on when I bought it. I was missing like 4 or 5 caps. 1 cap, was different from the rest though. It was flat where all the rest were rounded. I had a friend with a '99 bird send me his caps and they were all flat. They fit perfect, just looked different. So, the odd ball I had before, matched the "new" ones I was sent. If you need the more rounded ones, let me know (shoot me a PM) as I have plenty of extras now...
