I'm selling the LC-1 Wideband setup with dynotune gauge and the HP Tuners 1.2.0 disc and serial cable that came with my car. I'm no tuner, but from what I know you can install HP tuners on a laptop, use the scanner or supplied LC-1 setup and use it to log runs at the track and make changes as need be etc. I'm pretty sure that this version of HP Tuners is unlimited for 98-99 cars only.
$400 shipped for it all

Is this HP tuner Suite MPVI Pro interface? Does it have any credits remaining?
Unlimited vehicles for 98 and 99 fbodies would have consumed a total of 12 credits and the package comes with 8 credits when purchased today, so you purchased another 4 credits to get both fbody years? Thanks

That is an older HP Tuners cable and it does not use the credit system at all, nor does it have the advanced EIO. You would have to trade that cable in and upgrade to the USB MPVI pro or send it in to have a year/model added to the existing cable. It costs 199.00 to upgrade the serial cable to the MPVI pro cable and they transfer the existing licenses over. You can then purchase credits to add more vehicles or other features. To add on to the existing cable it costs 199.00 for the next two year/model licenses and 399.00 for each license after you exceed four.

Thanks 5.3Ljimmy, I really have no idea how the hp tuners works, I searched around on their website trying to research this version, but their product support, at least online is less than ideal. I really don't know if this price is honestly 'fair', I compared prices on the innovative setup to what I'd seen sell pretty recently on here - I figured about $250 for it, and since the hp tuners is older I thought maybe around $150 for it - and I cover shipping. Since I'm not sure what this version of hp tuners is all about, I figure I'd just sell it together. I'm open to offers on this stuff though, but would prefer to keep it all together to make it easier - since it's all kinda used together.
No problem. If you log in to the customer support and click on purchase upgrades you will find all the info I posted. Do you have the login password for the cable? I may be interested in getting this from you, I just need to be sure I can upgrade the cable and transfer ownership through HP Tuners. I already have support for 98 and 99 vehicles that I share with someone else but it would be nice to have my own cable. Plus I'm in the market for a wideband and was looking into the LC-1. Do you have any idea how old the WB is or how much use it has had? I'm curious how much life the sensor may have left.

I emailed the guy I bought the car from and this was his reply:
He would have to upload the cd on the computer. I believe the login is the number on the cable (white sticker/red numbers) and I don't remember the exact password but I have no doubts that its one of the few I've used over the years. LOL. Seriously it wouldn't be an issue to figure out which one it is.
I had to use a USB cable with my computer, I still have the USB cable because I use it for my classroom stuff to hook up to the projecter. He can get an adaptor at best buy/radio shack/circuit city/etc and just upload the driver for the USB adaptor(if the driver isn't included with the cable). I found the driver for mine online for free.
The wide band is brand new, never been installed. I had it but was waiting to get the car back to install it and never had the chance. I did see that someone added an O2 sensor bung to the catback "I" pipe when the car was in the air, so that's probably where Brett had the wideband for the street, but it was his own wideband because I've had the one I included to you with me since I bought it. Again, its brand new never used. I opened it up to look at it to verify everything was there and then put it back in the box.
Hope this helps
I installed this on my computer last night, but wasn't able to do much with it. I wasn't prompted for a password like typical software installs, I guess you hook up the cable and then it prompts?
If you're still interested, let me know. I can ask him what the password he's referring to that hes used over the years if that would make you feel better about it.

The password will be the email address used at the time of original purchase and is required only to upgrade the product, so it will function without the password. Hopefully he remembers or still uses the same email. I sent you a PM.
