The Trans Am isn't much to look at. It has been beat up pretty good. If you were to fix it, it would need repair to the hood, new nose, new headlights, repair both fenders, driver side door skin, and side mirrors. There is also a spot right behind the drivers door that will need repair. It has a security light on which I believe is from an aftermarket alarm. When I drove it, I felt either the rear or transmission move. I believe it may have a broken transmission mount. Engine is very powerful. The transmission threw a code P1870. A quick search will show it's not a big deal to fix. This car recently had a new fuel pump and brakes installed. All tires and wheels are good. One tire is different from the rest. Interior is in good shape for the age of the car. Mileage is 137,xxx. This is not a WS6, it just has a ram air hood.


Also included is an all original 90 Iroc. I was going to put the LS1 and 4L60E from the Trans Am into the Iroc. Some things have come up, so I need to sell my project. The Iroc has 127,xxx miles and runs and drives great. The entire car needs to be painted along with body work on the passenger side fender. It has the rare Bose system, but is currently not working. I have the original window sticker and bill of sale from the first owner. It is currently equiped with the stock 5.7 TPI engine. This is a loaded Iroc and is the last year they were produced. Will make a very nice car. Also has brand new tires all around. Drive anywhere as is.

Looks like about 440 miles and 7hrs of driving. I don't see why the car wouldn't make it. The AC isn't blowing cold. That's the only thing that would stop me. I haven't tried charging it because I was going to do the engine swap.

The Trans Am appears to be sold. I may just hang on to the Iroc. The 90 models are getting hard to find. And you are correct, my name is due to my 96 Tacoma I had.
