No lol, it has 4 credits, so it can tune 2 cars how it sits right now.

He has used it to tune 49 credits worth of cars.

True but it doesnt come with the book, and its already unlocked for an entire vehicle, so it can tune unlimited 07 hhr's and close to unlocking unlimited tunes for others i assume. so that is why its worth more

 

And this one is brand new as well. So even if you've never seen an HHR before This is still a decent deal.

So how many more credits needed to have unlimited tunes on cars? GM cars only right?

 

He's only tuned 3 cars and they are newer V6s.

It would still take the 30 credits to tune Gen 3 V8 cars and 130 credits to tune Gen 4 V8 cars. With that list of trucks, there are a few model/years that would only take a couple of credits to unlock that particular year/model, but it would still take 30 credits to unlock the unlimited Gen 3 V8 trucks, as individual licenses don't count towards Unlimited Group upgrades.
