Default fully built 402ci T/A

I have up for sale a 1998 Trans Am. exterior color is red with charcoal grey interior. car has 72,xxx on the body is an automatic and is in good condition except for the usual stone chip here n there. i live in northern ohio/southeast mich area.

the cars mods includes:

ENGINE-fully built SLP 402ci stroker with manley internals at 11.5;1.
ls6 heads (2.02/1.60) with the slp stroker street/strip cam, slp LT headers, orx and full stainless 3'' dynomax cat back with an electric exhaust cut out.
the car does have a NOS wet plate kit and jetted for 150 shot. as of 10-13-09 its been hosed 5 times. 2 of them on a dyno. also includes bottle heater and bottle guage. tank mounted in pass. rear seat with blowdown tube. tuned by vector motorsports in clinton township mich on LS1EDIT.

TRANS- built 4L60e with a brand new (this season) PI vig 3400 converter, b&m trans cooler and electric manual fan switch.

REST OF THE CRAP- only 2500 miles with all mods on the car. this car has a wolf 6 point bolt in black powder coated cage with swing out on the door bars, and a 3 pod a piller guage. the interior is very clean except for i small hole in the drivers seat. the bad is there is no a/c and the right front head lamp motor does the grind but still works.in the rear is a moser 12 bolt with 3;73 gear moser 31 spline axles and a detroit true track. all rear susupension is BMR from the shorty adjustable tourqe arm to the on car adjustable LCAs and pan hard bar. still on factory springs and shocks but have a set of drag shocks laying around not installed.
The car also has bmr box style sub frame connectors and aluminum driveshaft.

this car is a very strong running street strip car. i went 12.0 on shake down runs easily not on the hose. capable of mid to high 11s off the hose, and a very dependable ride. i hate to see it go but want somthing a little more tame and family friendly. if you have any questions about the car or are intersted in buying it please pm me.

$15,500. OBO

The car put down 449 and 429 tq. the 12 is a result of having 32 psi in the drag radials, me not driving at the track in 6 years and the suspension not being dialed in what so ever. im not the best driver by all means but the cars defenatly go way more et in it. the runs i was making were just to make sure the car could actuallly make it down the track and nothing was wrong with it.

and as for the audi. those are really nice cars but im mainly looking for a sale right now. thank you though.

Let me know if you change your mind. It is a great DD for any purpose, it has plenty of power, great gas mileage, and moves through snow like a truck.

What wheels come with the car?
Do you have receipts for any of the work or parts (specifically the motor)?
Any accidents?
Any paint work?
Are you the original owner?
Any pics of the interior, under hood and under the car?

i have receipts for alot of the parts and manuals. im not 100% sure if i still have the receipts for the short block i bought and the heads though. i can look.
comes with both sets of wheels. zr1s and the welds.
no accidents as far as i know. never with me. never seen a car fax on it though. bought the car with 50k back in 03. i think but not sure, may be the 2 or third owner. bought it BONE stock and daily drove it for a year and a half. i dont have any interior shots or under hood shots but i can pic. mesage them to you on a phone for now till i get some up.

this things gotta go. just picked up a new car today.

just pm me your number.
