when you buy a tb like this one, it just comes bare, not even the bolts. i had to buy a set from autozone, b/c i went from the 3 bolt setup of the 78mm to this 4 bolt 90mm setup. hope this helps.

fyi, this is a 4 bolt pattern tb. it does have a "fifth" hole on top center as you can see in the pic, but you don't use it if your setup, like mine, is a 4 bolt pattern. thanks!
