What size guage is the plx?
Color of illumonation?
Will it mount on an autometer gauge pod with 2 1\16 pod opening?

It is a 2-1/16" gauge and should mount just fine in the gauge pod. Here is a picture of the gauge. It doesn't really illumintae any specific color. Mostly black with LED numbers. It is the black gauge in the link.

How long has it been used? Does the o2 sensor replace the precat o2 or the post cat o2?

It was used for roughly 1500 miles. The wideband can go wherever you want. I would use it in place of the rear 02.
