2000 Camaro SS ROLLER, 9", QA1's, etc. Nice car...
2000 Camaro SS ROLLER... $5,500 OBO.
Sebring Silver, ebony leather, t-tops, 6-speed car,
Perfect for a race car project or to put your engine/trans in for a daily driver.
Car will be sold as-is, and must be picked up.
I'm looking to sell my 2000 Camaro SS as a roller. The body has 123,000 miles; looks great for the mileage. Car was always maintained...not that it matter because it won't have a drivetrain.
Interior is a 8 out of 10, exterior is a honest 7 out of 10 (paint looks great, but there are a few blemishes around the car like any 120k miles car). The ebony leather looks excellent for the mileage. 6-speed car. The rear seat is currently gutted to cut down on weight, but can easily be put back to stock. Same with the spare tire and jack. The car has no traction control, cruise control, or abs. A/C will be included with the car. Will have kenwood cd headunit with aux input, and ipod hookup.
I will include the engine/transmission wiring harness for a 6-speed car, PCM, radiator, fans, upper and lower coolant hoses, SLP air lid, mass air flow sensor, engine mounts, transmission mount/cross memeber, Moser 9" rear end with 35 spline axles and a locker, ram adjustable master cylinder, abs delete, spohn adjustable lower contorl arms, bmr adjustable panhard rod, qa1 12 type r 12 way adjustables w/275lb springs up front, and eibach sportlines out back, almost brand new steel driveshaft with 1350 hardened u-joints, and upgraded slip yoke, Racetronix fuel pump with hadwire kit (<1000 miles). I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff.
The car will be on 16" snow flakes with good tires.
Engine and trans will be pulled out when a $500 non refundable deposit is recieved.

It will be on these wheels.

NO enigne included...this is how it currently looks under the hood.

gutted back seat...looks stock - seat belts

This car is not beat up or ragged out like most of these cars are at this mileage. If you have any questions, want more pictures, or want to come look at the car, please feel free to PM me.
Thanks.

I would take $14,000 FIRM for everything. Including the pro-stars. I don't have to sell the car, so I'm not giving it away. I have more than $12,000 in parts alone. ****, I have over $8,000 in the engine...that that it matters when selling a used car though...hence why it's being parts out, and sold to people that appreciate the parts.
Needa a transmission rebuild, pops out of 3rd gear. Other than that, it would be perfect. Car runs great, uses no oil. It would need rear tires for the pro-stars, and 3rd gear.

Sorry, but I have more than that in the rearend, contro arms, QA1's, springs, and fuel pump alone. This car is in great shape. I would sell you the car as a STOCK roller for $3,000....(stock 10 bolts, stock control arms, stock struts/shocks/springs, etc...)

I am very interested, do you think it makes over 500 to the wheels? How is it tuned? Is every other gear drivable besides 3rd? Does it pop out all the time or just sometimes? Thanks.
Forgot to ask, is it built for spray, if so, how big of a shot, and has it been sprayed? Also, how many miles on the motor, was it broken in properly?

The car currently doesn't have power steering, but it can be added back on with the addition of a power steering pump, and longer belt. I have never had a problem driving it this way...
I have never had a problem with this setup...I would drive it across the country if I needed to....

It should be bored line 500rwhp. The motor would be safe for a 150-200 shot. I wanted a reliable good running street car, and that's exactly what it is. This motor has right at 5,000 miles on it, and has NEVER been sprayed. It was tuned with HP tuners in speed density/open loop. Runs and drives great....gets between 17-19mpg on normal driving (combined city highway). Engine was broke in properly, oil changed at about 200 miles, and again before 1000. Then every 1500 after. It's about to get another one too. The trans doesn't like 3rd gear. It will go in sometimes, but I don't even try because I don't want to damage it anymore than it is. Every other gear is smooth, and works right. The centerforce DFX clutch grabs hard.

Here is the most recent interior pic I have...this was when it sat for 8 months while the engine was going together/waiting on parts... Dusty and dirty, looks much better in person.
