That should cover the Compression questions all compression ratios are with a 0.040 head gasket

These are designed for solid rollers. They have the adjusters at the pushrod end and come with multiple shims and tools to get the correct geometry.
They fit all the LSX style heads that will work with the stock rockers and pedestals. They do not fit ET/RHS heads.
