Default Car making low numbers

First off the car is a 1998 6 speed w/ 48,000 miles.
stock heads
MAC's
3" duals X pipe 2.5 magnaflow mufflers
ls6 intake
ls6 clutch
lid w/ holley filter
ported MAF - I know I need a stocker but that's what I have now
226 .591 110 cam
MSD wires
ngk tr55 plugs
full ls1 edit tune
13.0 a/f ratio the entire run

I had it dynod last summer and it made 358rwhp 341rwtq. I'm pretty sure that is very crappy. The car did have a SES light on at the time from the idle sensor (pretty sure that's what it's called) crapping out. I know it's not the tune, very reputable tuner tuned it. I just don't know why my car would make that pathetic power #'s. I've been told that the bearings might be crapping out, but I have no idea. The car runs great, never overheats, never stalls, runns pretty much perfect besides the low power #'s. Think the only thing that will help is a rebuild? I don't know what the problem is. I'd like to have some peoples opinions on what the problem is. Thanks a lot.

Could be many things. The SES light could of been putting the car in low octain table.Tune could be off.Piston rings could be shot.
Have a copy of the dyno graph?

was it on a dynojet? i would think it could pull 380 or so if things were right. With that cam 400 is reachable with all the bolt-ons

I didn't think that the SES did that unless it is blinking?

It was a dynojet

Here is the graph

Between 3-4000 there looks like there is a loss of power, but it could be the Cam you have.I would suspect the Edit tune is not maximized with timing or the Mass air is suspect. These are only guesses..
