McLeod Street Twin Clutch and billet steel flywheel for sale. Asking $275 + shipping OBO. McLeod P/N 64048B-00-07, rated for 1200 hp.

This has ~10k street miles and a track weekend on it, however my slave cylinder started having problems and that caused some disengagement issues for me. It took me a little bit to track down the problem so during this time it led to some hotspotting on the flywheel/intermediate plate/pressure plate. Even with this, I never had any issues with slipping of the clutch.

The friction disc thicknesses are 0.305" and 0.290", which according to McLeod are still pretty normal for friction discs with a fair amount of life left.

Due to the hotspotting however, I figure this might be a good time to consider a rebuild of the clutch, and McLeod quoted me $450 for a complete rebuild.

Thanks. I was running it as is and not having any actual clutch issues, only hydraulics problems. When I tore it all apart to replace the hydraulics I decided to just take the opportunity to throw in a new Monster with an aluminum flywheel since I mainly do autocross/track events.

You could run the clutch as is for sure, but I just figured since it's out it might be a good time to rebuild it. That gives the new owner an opportunity to change the friction material to what they would want as well.

I've had a couple questions about the part number, currently McLeod's website is down so I can't get it yet. When their website is back up I'll post the part number.
