they are stepped...1 3/4 into 1 7/8 they are part number 2253-1...they are "for" those years because of the egr and air stuff...which i have blocked off already...so they will fit 98-02

pic bump...in one of the pics u can see a few scratches...these are surface scratchs and not deep at all (not sure where they came from, shipping maybe) and only in that one spot
