Black Spohn Adjustable Tunnel Mounted Torque Arm ( MILD STEEL )

About this torque arm

1.) Comes with the magnetic angle finder and #8 hardware bolts.
Basically it is in pretty good shape. It does have some scratches on the bottom of the tunnel mount. I touched it up with paint so it's hard to see.
All in all it's a very nice beefy strong t/a.

2.) This t/a is shorter than the stock length transmission mounted design
and attaches to supplied tunnel brace. This t/a is more for drag racing as it changes the instant center of the car helping with traction and bite. Allthough it helps traction, it will greatly increases braking wheelhop.

3.) I have 3pt subframe connectors which greatly support the tunnel mounting location. Without the 3pt sfc, it is recommended to reinforce the floor board or you may rip the t/a bracket
out of the little tack-welded sheet metal mounts.

4.) Because of the body location and tubular constuction of this t/a, noise is greatly transmitted into the cabin. Truthfully this t/a is not really recommended for the street.

5.) This is for standard exhaust. Different from header-Y-pipe design.

6.) Just want prospective buyers to understand what they're buying.

Nice writeup/disclaimer, seems to be very accurate with the one on my car. However, I run mine on the street and it's not THAT bad - easily get used to it. Good luck with the sale!

Also, I had my standard TSP y-pipe modified to work with this TA. Took it to an exhaust shop and they had just adjusted the drivers side part of the Y to work with it, wasn't bad at all.
