do you guys know how well this intake will pick a car up over a gm lsx style carb intake? Been thinking about getting a new intake and was just wondering.

Well to run a Super victor you need a pretty stout motor setup. Im not saying that you will loose power over the normal victor but to take advantage of the larger diameter runners your engine needs to have a high airflow demand to take advantage of the flow. It was going on you 600 hp 408 so I know I needed it. You should look in the engine and dynop sections for info.
