My buddy want to sell his 94 formula so he can get a vette. We swapped an complete LS1 setup into it a few years ago. The body has about 80k miles, its in good shape, it has the SLP ram-air hood (primered), the front bumper cover has some spider cracking, and the mirrors are fading. The car is dark green metalic (factory paint), charcol cloth interior (great shape),t-tops,power windows,locks,mirrors,heat,no a/c but the evaporator and controls are still there so it would be easy to put it back in. It has 17"chrome ZR1 wheels with fresh tires. I'll list the rest of the mods below:
Dash and all wiring from 99 Trans am, I think the dash reads about 96k miles

MOTOR
04 GTO LS1 with 48k miles on it. it has a comp 232/234 cam, prc springs, comp pushrods,SLP oilpump, LS2 timing set, LS6 intake, ported t.body, 160 stat, SLP u.d pulley

DRIVETRAIN
Spec 3 clutch (3k miles,20-25 passes) new slave with remote bleeder
RPM level 4 T56 (500 miles)
LS1 style 10bolt rear with 4.10 gears, (10k miles)
Hurst shifter

EXHAUST
Pacesetter coated header (pealing)
Pacesetter Y-pipe, has been cut open and had the inside of the "Y" cleaned up
Borlas adjustedable catback

The car runs great, turn key and drive anywhere. It has gone 11.5 @117+
