It is non traction control

I bought it and never installed it. The housing and axles have some surface corrosion on them. The housing can just be por 15'd. I'd get the axles soda blasted to clean them off.

 

Want the chasis gone with in the next 2 weeks, no bites and it's going to the junk yard.
