I don't see why it wouldn't. The brackets that weld to the axle housing may have to be modified, but that's the only reason I see that would be different. That's an easy fix.

I did have a machine shop who specializes in LS engines state that it can be fixed, but I never got an actual quote from them. If the heads are going to get a CNC job done to them, I don't see any reason why they wouldn't clean up.
