Yes, there is one 2003 Firebird and another 2003 Camaro. The Camaro was the more popular of the two. You may have seen pictures of it, it was a blue Penske replica race car. Neither were production vehicles, they were special one offs done by the GM Performance Division. The cars were unveiled at the Woodward Dream Cruise 2002. As I understand it VIN numbers were required for the cars and they ended up being 2003's. I have tons of pictures around here somewhere for them. I'll post them up when I find them.

No, but I can tell you what it looks like A formuula rear end, with some nice exhaust tips, and a 2nd Gen spoiler.

Y the hell did they even stop to make Camaros and TAs. Those were and still are the best muscle cars in the history if the USA.

Lots of reasons why they stopped making them.

Whole deal about losing the plant they were built in. The competition outsold them 2-to-1, due largely in fact to v6 sells. I have heard something about the new safety standards would make the Camaro and TA have to be redesigned.

I hope they make another F-bod soon.

And I think we could have dissaggreement about the best muscle car in history.
